If you have experience in the field of IT support within a helpdesk / service desk environment, and would like to join one of the leading consultancies in IT development, implementation and operations, you may be interested in joining this team. 


Location: Prague
Type of cooperation: Permanent placement

What will you be working on:

- Handle incoming incidents and requests from employees working for customers (ranging from end user logon problems to functional support to business units)
- Share your professional knowledge with your co-workers 

What you need to know:

- You speak French & English fluently 
- At least 1 year of experience on a similar position (troubleshooting, computer set-up, software installation)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
- Network setup and administration is an advantage 
- Excellent customer service skills
