About the project:

Your main task will be being accountable for knowledgecleanup activities across multiple platforms, with the final goal of moving toa standard tool and process. You’ll also ensure the appropriate level ofquality and adherence to timelines.


What will you be working on:

- Consuls on projects that impact knowledge and service desksupport (onboarding or retiring services / applications)

- Work with the service onboarding team on communicationsbeing sent out to the Service Desks (including attendance to the mostly SDforum meetings)

- Ensure the Service Desks are aware of new / changes toknowledge database

- Responsible for the governance of recurrent serviceimprovement meetings with the Service Desk

- Act as an SME for other functions / service lines onknowledge setup / cleanup (on an ad-hoc basis)

- Act as an SME for the implementation of KnowledgeManagement in the new ITSM tool (provide requirements, test functionalities)

- Support Knowledge Management data migration activities


What you need to know:

- ITIL foundation (general knowledge of ITIL practices)

- Good understanding of ServiceNow tool

- Fluent in English

- Skilled in MS Office (including Visio and Project)

- Analytical skills

- Quick learner (especially in corporate environment)

Nice to have:

- General knowledge of all corporate IT needs (Cloud,Network, Security, etc.)
