About the project: 

You will join a motivated team dealing with cutting-edge technologies in an international multi-location environment. Your job will evolve around the digital transformation of the client’s product, test environments and integration of new DevOps tools, cloud architecting/providsioning and on-boarding of the applications into a public cloud. 
As such your tasks will involve developing solutions and scripts for running and operating a Kubernetes plaform like OpenShift or Anthos on top of the hree public cloud providers AWS, Azure and GCP and on-prem. You will be finding solutions to problems and helping other teams to onboard on the Kubernetes platforms. 

What will you be working on: 

- Work in a team of cloud engineers distributed over multiple locations
- Architect and evolve DBG Kubernetes platforms for AWS, Azure, GCP and on-prem
Monitor platforms from an availability, security and performance aspect
- Support the different product teams within DBG with deep technical know-how in their onboarding efforts
- Share your knowledge and expertise within DBG

What you need to know: 

- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker and at least inr cloud platform like AWS, Azure and/or GCP
- Knowledge in agile working practices (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Knowledge in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Packer, Ansible
- Knowledge in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
- High affinity towards modern technology and cloud
- Strong analytical skills and a structured work approach
- High organizational talent, communication capabilities and team orientation
- Independent work method, high commitment to delivery, and high self-responsibility & ownership
