DevOp Engineer (21679)

I’m looking for an open-minded and proactive DevOps Engineer who is passionate about communication and technology. As a permanent contractor you will work for a company that transforms a traditional bank into a digital agile enterprise. You will work closely with traders and deal with the best cutting-edge technology. The focus of this role is supporting core trading application for fixed income products. Your team is located in London, Frankfurt, Prague and Singapore so English is essential. What you will be working on
- support of the business users in any aspect of your application
- incident - request - and problem management in your space
- participation on project work for further enhancements
- development of system improvements

What you need to know
- incident, Problem & Change management experience
- SQL Server (understand SQL commands and database structures)
- good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (version 2012 and later) administration
- in depth knowledge of Active Directory and components (LDAP, etc.)
- experience with IT monitoring and scheduling tools, such as HP Service Manager, Tivoli, Automic UC4
- active English
- able to adapt communication to suit different audiences
- effective facilitation skill
- able to facilitate group discussions & meetings with various teams in the organisation
- action and service orientated

Nice to have 
- basic skills in UNIX/Linux
