Network Engineer (21788)

I'm looking for a skilled Network Support & QA Engineer as a permanent contractor for our client, a fast-growing company currently operating in Europe and expanding to the United States. As a permanent contractor via CP your job will include in-depth troubleshooting and resolving customer networking issues, installations of IP Fabric and initial deployment and maintaining documentation. You can look forward to a great team, possibility of home office and beautiful offices in the centre of Prague.

- in-depth troubleshooting and resolving customer networking issues with the IP Fabric platform

- complex and very interesting challenges

- create use cases and test procedures for network technologies and protocols

- installations of IP Fabric and initial deployment

- help to maintain our documentation and knowledgebase

- testing of IP Fabric platform

- 4+ years of experience as a network engineer, designing, implementing and operating networks

- professional networking qualifications (CCNA/CCNP level or other vendors certification)

- IPF is a vendor-independent platform, so the more vendors you knew the better

- knowledge of routing, switching, forwarding, and transmission

- knowledge of network management practices and procedures

- good programming skills

- server virtualization technologies e. g. VMware, Hyper-V, AWS

- basic experience at least with one hypervisor

- Linux

- English B2+

- customer interaction experience

- ability to work under pressure
