About the role
- service owner tasks for Office ProPlus Client
- covering Service Architect tasks for Exchange Online
- O365 Service Manager Deputy tasks like preparing Service Owner Meetings and Integration Activities with other vendors
- additional services like MS Flow/MS Forms/Sway etc.
- investigation, routing and resolving of O365 tickets for above motioned service scope (Architect)
- support client with implementation of the O365 Evergreen process (e.g. driving decisions on updates, coaching Service Owners)
- O365 Scripting support – limited to 4 hours effort per script

Your ideal profile
- knowledge of 3rd Level support, engineering and architecture of Teams, Exchange, Share Point, OneDrive
- experience with VIP user support of Windows 10 and Office Application
- Network, Routing and connectivity
- Firewall Topics
- active German, active English
