About the role
- answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services
- maintaining documentation in SalesForce
- handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and creating a positive experience for each caller
- good communication skills, empathy, and quick thinking
- think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions
- giving an accurate and efficient response in a timely manner

Your ideal profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related eld or have MCSE Certification with 5 years’ work experience required
- MUST be fluent speaking in German and English
- diagnosing, troubleshooting, fixing software and hardware issues
- configuring RAID arrays
- Imaging software Symantec Ghost or similar 
- basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows file sharing
- Windows server 2003 to 2019

Nice to have
- Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suit
- Microsoft SQL and SQL Clustering
