About the role
- Digital Supply Chain capabilities focus on establishing a defined PtP Control Tower function which enables demand, supply, finance and commercial planner to collaborate and work more effectively in a Category Management function
- managing delivery of process and technical capabilities as coherent and seamless solution across several organisational functions
- challenge and validate objectively and lean into discomfort to drive right outcome / business value
- ensure project controls and status updates are fit for purpose and does not just stick to the knitting
- amend and adapt according to the project lifecycle
- deliver project requirements and outcomes using Agile framework and methods

Your ideal profile
- 5 years Project Management experience in large global / regional programs of work
- good understanding of Digital Supply Chain capabilities and enablers within Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Retail industry sectors
- self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
- strong business process orientation, able to break down key process attributes; value drivers; simplification and automation opportunities
- effective problem solving skills using 6Sigma or equivalent methodology
- fluent English
- great communication skills at all levels
- location within Europe

Nice to have
- Prince 2 or APM certification
- degree in Business or Technical discipline
- 7 years work experience in global / regional corporation within Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Retail industry sectors and in a cross functional role
- understanding of ERP and supply chains solutions, preferably SAP and Rapid Response
- Microsoft teams, Sharepoint and Cloud document management solutions 
- able to escalate effectively providing root cause analysis and resolution options for consideration / mitigation
- manages program risks and dependencies beyond the scope of existing program controls with effective validation; reviews and mitigation without impacting program scope, timescales, costs or quality
