About the role
- identify and manage business stakeholders
- gather requirements from the key business stakeholders by using requirement elicitation techniques like brainstorming, requirement workshops, focus groups and others…
- conduct cost-benefit analysis to justify the feasibility of the proposed solution
- validate requirements with the business stakeholders
- analyze and interpret requirements for their viability against business objective
- document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirements specifications documents

Your ideal profile
- understanding of software development lifecycle
- being able to analyze and decompose complex requirements
- problem solving and analytical skills
- able to visualize and prototype business requirements
- elicitation and interviewing skills
- working know-how of business processes
- good knowledge of business requirements methods: brainstorming, document analysis, focus group, interface analysis, interview, observation, prototyping, requirements workshop, reverse engineering and survey
- communication and presentation skills
- fluent English

- fluent German 
- experience with energy sector projects
