About the role 
- set up a strategy and methodology for test automation and keep it up to date
- be responsible for constant assessment and refinement of the overall automation testing standards
- provide unit & automation testing principles and ensure these are adhered to cross all RnD vertical units 
- communicate changes in strategy effectively cross-company
- provide training, mentoring, education for new test team members
- provide and communicate status reports on a weekly basis and escalate inadequate progress with a root cause
- responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, recruitment and team management and backlog, work preparation
- responsible for providing effort estimation for various project/ small demands
- preparation of data for budgeting purposes

Your ideal profile
- 3+ years experience in test automation
- experience with test leading and/or product owner
- experience with test case management and defect management tools
- very good social and leadership skills, presentation skills
- Agile development and testing experience 
- English C1
- Czech C1

Nice to have 
- experience with mobile automation, preferably with Appium, continuous integration
- hands-on knowledge of Java
- SOAP, REST, messaging brokers
- experience with automation testing of desktop applications, Web automation, preferably via Selenium
- BDD, preferably Cucumber
- knowledge of performance testing
