Join a dynamic team as a Business Analyst and be an integral part of an unfolding journey in retail banking. This position calls for a proactive and responsible leader to oversee a full project rollout, actively collaborate with ambassadors, and prepare a business rollout plan for Call Centers. Maintain product adoption, assist in managing product backlogs, and help identify product improvements. I am seeking someone with a background in retail banking, project/product management, or business process transformation projects. Strong problem-solving skills and structured work approach are essential traits. If you have fluency in English and German, Salesforce knowledge, HR-Setup and PM-Skills, startup experience, and a creative mind - you're the perfect fit.

🚀 Projekt
- planning of full rollout to all branches incl. support of training preparation and execution
- tracking and improvement of adoption in RBRO after full branch rollout (support NWBs for setup of adoption dashboards and metrics)
- management of adoption improvements – update business rollout strategy plan (incl. gamification, video manuals, active cooperation with ambassadors...)
- preparation of business rollout plan for Call centers
- supporting definition of product metrics in NWBs
- supporting NWBs to enable metrics tracking 
- providing help to identify product improvements in order to improve business benefits
- assisting with managing product backlog for defined business area 
- challenging NWBs in order to reach goal of 80% common functionalities 
- proposing simplified solutions for business problem solving
