Process Manager (41155)

I am looking for a Process Manager who will document system usage through SOPs, manuals, and URS while analyzing and modeling as-is and to-be business processes. You will contribute to risk assessments, validation plans, and workshops to ensure system compliance. Your role includes overseeing configuration, data migration, process validation, and defining UAT and PQ test strategies. 🚀 Project
- document system usage with SOPs, manuals, and URS
- analyze and model as-is and to-be business processes
- contribute to risk assessments, validation plans, and workshops
- oversee configuration, data migration, and process validation
- define and execute UAT and PQ test strategies
- lead Super/Key Users and coordinate end-user training
- approve project deliverables and system access requests
- act as system owner and IT liaison, evaluate vendor software changes
- drive digitalization improvements across the ERP landscape

🎯 Skills
- degree in engineering, B.Sc. or M.Sc., or Microsoft Dynamics certification
- experience in documenting, analyzing, and modeling business processes
- experience with UAT/PQ testing and validation
- leadership and training of key users
- strong communication and coordination skills
- ENG C1
