- driving process improvement through systematic analysis, workflow optimization and efficiency enhancement
- taking full ownership of transformation activities and executing independently
- stabilizing Nordics market operations
- closing process gaps identified during transition
- stabilizing payroll processes in selected countries
- supporting SIT and controls automation (POS10, POS15, POS50) and implementation
- preparing and improving process documentation
- reviewing country service catalogues
- supporting BCP activities and cross-country retraining
- coordinating HR Core deprecation
