Are you looking to influence a global HR transformation and work with advanced Workday technologies? Join as a Senior Workday Integration Consultant in an international team delivering a major program for a leading pharmaceutical organization. You will design and enhance complex integrations between Workday and payroll systems, contribute to key architectural decisions, and help shape HR and payroll processes on a global scale.

🚀 Project
- work on complex integrations between Workday and payroll systems
- support a large-scale global HCM transformation program
- design, develop, and optimize Workday integrations for key HR and payroll processes
- collaborate with an experienced international team on an ongoing project

🎯 Skills
- Workday Integrations certification + extensive experience with Payroll Integrations
- ability to customize Workday interfaces using Studio
- strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM module implementation and support
- 7–10+ years of experience across implementation and AMS projects
- experience delivering complex projects, including at least two global implementations
- 5–7+ years implementing or rolling out Workday HCM for customers of various sizes
- experience leading mid-sized or large teams
- experience conducting design workshops and gathering requirements
- ENG C1
