Solution Architect (41290)

I am looking for a Solution Architect who will lead solution design for Non-Profit Cloud and Service Cloud and oversee advanced Salesforce configuration. You will analyse integrations, perform root cause analysis and collaborate closely with PMs, Engagement Leads and Sales teams. I expect strong experience with Salesforce architecture, automation and multi-system environments. Dutch fluency and the ability to work independently across multiple priorities are essential. 🚀 Project
- leading solution design and architectural decisions for Non-Profit Cloud and Service Cloud
- performing advanced Salesforce configuration including complex Flows and automation
- collaborating with external PMs, Engagement Leads and Sales teams
- conducting root cause analysis across integrated systems and vendor landscapes
- supporting go-live preparation for subscription exit flows and related processes
- enabling new Experience Cloud pages and deactivating legacy ones
- designing architecture for gift card functionality and preparing user stories with sizing
- supporting digital application rollout, troubleshooting and reducing KCC ticket volume
- occasional onsite visits to the client

🎯 Skills
- senior-level experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
- extensive Salesforce configuration expertise (Flow Builder, automation, custom objects)
- strong experience with Non-Profit Cloud and Service Cloud
- deep understanding of APIs, integrations and multi-system environments
- ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects
- strong communication skills for direct stakeholder interaction
- excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- fluent Dutch and good English
- willingness to travel onsite when needed
