Program Manager (41304)

I'm seeking a skilled Program Manager who can drive complex cross-functional initiatives, from defining integration roadmaps to orchestrating seamless ERP–MES–LIMS and OT ecosystem flows. You’ll manage program governance, champion change management, and align diverse stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT. To succeed, you bring a track record of delivering large-scale pharma manufacturing integrations, hands-on expertise with systems such as PAS-X/Körber, LabVantage, or Infor M3, and a deep understanding of integration patterns—interfaces, middleware, master data, EBR, and serialization.

🚀 Project
- execute integration strategy, roadmap, and governance
- orchestrate program management
- oversee integration flows (ERP–MES–LIMS, OT/Aveva)
- drive change management and stakeholder alignment (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT)

🎯 Skills
- senior program management in pharma with delivered integration programs
- proven delivery in pharma manufacturing
- hands-on experience with two+ of: PAS-X/Körber (MES), LabVantage (LIMS), Infor M3 (ERP)
- strong understanding of integration patterns (interfaces, middleware, master data, EBR, serialization)
- excellent stakeholder management; fluent English

💡 Nice to have
- knowledge of OT/SCADA (Aveva)
- experience with spin-off/carve-out programs
