As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with critical EU cybersecurity and resilience regulations. You will lead NIS2 and CER-related initiatives, coordinate regulatory activities and maintain oversight of compliance milestones. The role combines project coordination, regulatory analysis and collaboration with authorities and internal stakeholders. It is suited for a professional who is comfortable working with legislation, managing deadlines and supporting structured compliance processes in a dynamic regulatory environment.

🚀 Project
- leading compliance projects related to NIS2 and CER directives and ensuring timely delivery of obligations
- managing and monitoring a regulatory calendar with key compliance milestones and deadlines
- tracking national transposition of NIS2 and CER and analyzing core regulatory requirements
- coordinating registrations and maintaining relationships with cybersecurity and critical resilience regulators
- preparing compliance documentation, reports and maintaining audit trails
- supporting incident reporting processes when required

🎯 Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or project coordination
- experience with implementation of EU directives and liaison with regulators
- solid understanding of EU cybersecurity legislation including NIS2 and CER
- project management skills including milestone planning, gantt charts and issue tracking
- legal and administrative experience
- ability to conduct legal research and draft regulatory documentation
- familiarity with interactions with administrative bodies or regulators
- understanding of risk management and incident reporting frameworks
