🚀 Project
- design and architecture of solutions in the ITOM area (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- responsibility for the design and implementation of solutions in the ITSM and ITAM domains
- analysis of customer requirements (Requirement Phase) and translation into technical design
- leadership of the implementation phase – oversight of configuration, integrations, and solution deployment
- design and optimization of ITSM processes and their implementation within the platform
- direct collaboration with client teams (workshops, consultations, requirements gathering)
- presentation of architecture and solution design options, including explanation of impacts and benefits
- ownership of technical deliverables and their quality
- team mentoring and establishment of architectural standards
- experience with GenAI / Now Assist within the ServiceNow platform is an advantage
