Ideal candidates have a technical degree, extensive embedded C experience, proven leadership skills, and a track record in safety-critical environments. Strong German and English are a must.

🎯 Skills
- completed technical education (university of applied sciences, technical university, higher technical college, or similar) in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
- several years of solid experience in embedded C development
- proven experience in the technical leadership of development teams or as a senior with a clear leadership role
- experience in safety-critical environments or with increased security risks
- very good knowledge of software architecture, integration, and debugging
- experience in software testing, ideally with Vectorcast
- very good German and English skills
- strong decision-making skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a structured work approach
