Lead SAP CO Consultant (42331)

I am looking for an experienced Lead SAP CO Consultant to take ownership of a functional stream within an S/4HANA project. You will lead Fit/Gap workshops, design controlling processes, and handle SAP CO configuration. I expect strong hands-on expertise, deep knowledge of CO modules including CO-PA, and experience in stakeholder management and team coordination. Background in intercompany processes and Transfer Pricing is essential. If you have S/4HANA project experience and fluent English, I would be happy to get in touch with you.

🚀 Project
- leading SAP CO functional stream within the project
- facilitation and leading Fit/Gap workshops with the client
- process design and solution design in controlling area
- SAP CO customizing / configuration in S/4HANA environment
- coordination of a small functional team
- stakeholder management and business alignment
- cross-functional collaboration with FI and other streams
- support in design decisions and best practice guidance

🎯 Skills
- strong hands-on experience as SAP CO Consultant / Lead
- experience with S/4HANA projects
- experience leading Fit/Gap workshops
- deep knowledge of SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing
- experience with Margin Analysis / CO-PA in S/4HANA
- experience with: Transfer Pricing, intercompany flows
- strong knowledge of: process design, SAP CO solution configuration
- ability to lead functional stream / small team
- fluent English
