ERP Finance Lead (42351)

I am looking for an ERP Finance Lead to drive finance workstreams within large ERP transformation programs across the full lifecycle, from design to deployment. You will translate supply chain requirements into scalable finance and ERP solutions, ensuring end-to-end process integration, strong controls, compliance, and data governance. The role includes ownership of UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases, as well as driving automation and efficiency improvements. I'm seeking a finance professional with strong ERP implementation experience, deep knowledge of supply chain finance flows, and excellent stakeholder management across finance, IT, and operations.

🚀 Project
- leading finance workstreams in ERP programs across full lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment) for supply chain processes
- translation of business requirements from supply chain into scalable ERP and finance solutions
- end-to-end integration across core processes (design to retire, plan to produce, inbound to outbound, forecast to plan, source to pay)
- ensuring process standardization, internal controls, compliance, and data governance quality across systems
- overseeing testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare support
- identifying and implementing automation and efficiency improvements within ERP landscape
- acting as key link between finance, IT, and operations to ensure business-system alignment
