Scrum Master (42430)

I'm seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile processes and enhance team productivity. You’ll facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, while coaching and mentoring your team on agile principles. A solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. If you have 3–6 years in agile project management, a Scrum Master certification, and experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, I want to hear from you.

🚀 Project
- facilitating ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives or other ceremonies defined within the program
- coaching and mentoring team members on agile best practices to strengthen team maturity
- removing impediments or blockers to keep sprints on track
- supporting the Product Owner in refining and maintaining a prioritized product backlog
- tracking and reporting on sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity
- promoting continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable insights
- coordinating with other Scrum Masters, architects, and project managers to manage cross-team dependencies
- ensuring transparency and effective communication across technical and business stakeholders

🎯 Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in IT project or product development environments, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
- certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certification desired
- experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- strong communication skills and the ability to work with distributed teams
