Your role will involve managing project lifecycles, from gathering business requirements to testing and rollouts. - further functional expansion of N365 processes
- establishment of end-user support for N365
- management of ERP projects and process optimisations
- support for around 250 users in collaboration with key users and service providers
- capturing and implementing requirements from business departments
- management of customisations, releases, tests and rollouts
- ensuring stable processes in logistics, procurement, sales, controlling and finance
- supporting industry-specific requirements of the chemical sector

🎯 Skills
- extensive implementation or operational experience with Microsoft N365
- several years’ experience in ERP project management or application management
- understanding of processes in manufacturing companies
- ideally, experience in the chemical or process industry
- strong communication skills at C-level, a structured approach and a hands-on mentality
- experience in support, requirements management and managing external partners
- expertise in project management methodologies
- hands-on mentality
- very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
