Veeva Vault Platform SME (42705)

As a Veeva Vault Platform SME, you will act as the primary expert for platform-level capabilities, design and configure workflows, security models, and lifecycle management, and support multiple Vault domains including Clinical, RIM, and Quality. You will ensure compliance, scalability, and long-term platform health while driving best practices, governance, and integration enablement with enterprise systems. Candidates must have strong senior-level Vault experience across multiple modules, platform architecture knowledge, and experience in regulated pharma or life sciences environments. Fluent English and the ability to work independently in global teams are required.

🚀 Project
- acting as the primary SME for the Veeva Vault Platform
- designing, configuring, and maintaining platform-level capabilities and shared services
- supporting multiple Veeva Vault domains including Clinical, RIM, and Quality
- ensuring platform scalability, compliance, maintainability, and long-term health
- defining and driving platform best practices, governance, and standards
- configuring security models, workflows, objects, lifecycle management, and permissions
- supporting integration enablement between Vault and external enterprise systems
- collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams
- identifying optimization opportunities and improving platform performance
- providing guidance on compliant and sustainable Vault solutions within regulated environments

🎯Skills
- strong senior-level experience with the Veeva Vault Platform
- experience across multiple Vault applications/modules
- strong understanding of: Vault configuration, Security & access management, Platform architecture, Shared services, Workflows & lifecycle configuration
- experience with enterprise integrations and platform enablement
- background in regulated environments, ideally within pharma/life sciences
- strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
- ability to work independently in global remote teams
- fluent English communication skills
