Senior LMS Consultant (43210)

Join a global consulting assignment focused on the evolution of learning systems and architecture. As a Senior LMS Consultant, You will develop the LMS Strategy and Governance framework, improve SAP SuccessFactors Learning and collaborate with international HR, Learning & Development, IT and business stakeholders. We are looking for professionals with practical SAP SuccessFactors Learning experience, strong LMS governance expertise, Organizational Change Management skills and business fluent English with German.

🚀 Project
- supporting a global organization during the evolution of its learning systems and architecture
- finalizing and operationalizing the global LMS Strategy and Governance framework following the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- developing the global LMS Strategy, Governance and Learning Architecture framework
- defining and optimizing the LMS operating model, including governance structure, roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes
- supporting the continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Learning as the global LMS platform
- reviewing LMS processes, identifying improvement opportunities and providing recommendations
- developing implementation roadmaps and business-aligned solutions
- coaching and mentoring the Global LMS Manager and LMS operational teams
- ensuring structured knowledge transfer from current LMS experts
- collaborating with global HR, Learning & Development, IT and business stakeholders in an international environment
- working primarily remotely with occasional travel to Switzerland if required
