SFMC Specialist (43226)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to help deliver advanced marketing automation solutions within a nearshore team. In this role, You will build customer journeys, campaigns and integrations, manage Marketing Cloud components, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. You should have proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, strong expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio, integration experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, knowledge of AMPscript and dynamic content, and fluent English.

🚀 Project
- design, build and optimise marketing automation capabilities within a nearshore delivery team
- collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the core Salesforce platform
- design, build and maintain customer journeys, campaigns and automations
- configure and manage Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Audience Builder
- manage data extensions, segmentation logic and subscriber management
- build and maintain integrations between Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud using Marketing Cloud Connect
- implement personalisation, dynamic content and AMPscript
- monitor campaign performance, deliverability and provide actionable insights
- ensure compliance with GDPR and equivalent data privacy regulations
- troubleshoot Marketing Cloud components and integrations
- maintain documentation of configurations, customer journeys and data structures

🎯 Skills
- proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- strong expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio
- experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- solid understanding of data management within Marketing Cloud, including data extensions and segmentation
- knowledge of AMPscript and dynamic content
- English at C1 level

💡 Nice to have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification
- experience with Mobile Studio or Advertising Studio
- knowledge of SFMC APIs and server-side scripting
- familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
