Program Manager (43666)

I'm looking for a Senior Program Manager. You’ll be responsible for defining ownership across internal IT teams and external vendors, establishing governance and ways of working, and transforming a fragmented supplier landscape into an integrated service model. The role combines SIAM, IT Operating Model Transformation, Vendor Management and Change Management, with close collaboration across business, IT leadership and CIO-level stakeholders. If you bring 10+ years of Program / Transformation Management experience and strong hands-on SIAM expertise, I’d be happy to share more details.

🚀 Project
- defining responsibilities and ownership across internal IT teams and external vendors
- setting up processes, governance structures, roles, and responsibilities
- establishing rules and ways of working for collaboration between different IT vendors
- transforming the current fragmented multi-vendor environment into an integrated service model
- managing and coordinating external IT suppliers
- establishing vendor performance management and accountability
- collaborating with business stakeholders, IT management, CIO-level stakeholders, and external partners
- leading workshops across different countries and geographies
- coordinating the overall transformation
- ensuring the stability of existing IT services throughout the transition to the new operating model
- supporting further IT modernization and transformation initiatives

🎯 Skills
- strong SIAM experience with hands-on experience in designing, implementing or transforming SIAM models
- 10+ years of experience in Program and Transformation Management within large-scale IT transformation programs
- experience with IT Operating Model Transformation, including governance, processes, roles and service ownership
- strong expertise in Outsourcing and Vendor Management, including managing multiple external IT suppliers and overseeing SLAs, KPIs and vendor performance
- experience in large global enterprise environments with complex international IT organizations
- excellent executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with CIOs and senior leadership
- strong Transformation and Change Management experience, including transitioning to new operating models while maintaining IT service stability
