SAP BW Consultant (43823)

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer for a long-term project focused on modernizing an enterprise data and analytics environment. The role requires 3–5 years of data engineering experience, in-depth Snowflake expertise, excellent SQL, dbt, ELT and dimensional modelling, CI/CD, Python and German at B2 level.

🚀 Project
- work with an extensive SAP BW landscape from an operations and architecture perspective
- contribute to data solution migrations towards Snowflake
- deliver software development and technology integration
- design and develop data models and ELT processes
- develop, test and deploy data models in dbt
- work with CI/CD workflows, automated builds, tests and deployments
- collaborate on the design and development of an enterprise data and analytics environment

🎯 Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer and in-depth practical knowledge of Snowflake
- excellent SQL skills and experience with ELT and dimensional modelling
- in-depth dbt experience, including model development, testing and deployment
- Git, branching strategies and pull requests; Bitbucket experience is relevant
- basic understanding of containerization and deployment in Kubernetes or OpenShift
- CI/CD workflows such as Jenkins, Tekton, GitLab CI or an equivalent solution
- Python for data processing and automation
- German at B2 level or above
