Lead Architect (43951)

We are looking for a Lead Architect to provide hands-on technical leadership, shape a scalable technology roadmap and guide the delivery of reliable enterprise products. The role combines architecture ownership, full-stack engineering depth and mentoring across a modern cloud environment.

🚀 Project
- own the end-to-end technical architecture for assigned products and platforms
- define and drive a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- evaluate emerging technologies and recommend pragmatic adoption decisions
- make architecture decisions covering scalability, security, performance, maintainability and cost
- establish engineering best practices, coding standards and architecture guidelines
- lead technical discussions, design sessions and architecture reviews
- support migrations from legacy solutions to a modern technology stack
- work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects and engineering teams

🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong technical leadership background
- advanced Python experience with FastAPI, Flask or Django and RESTful API design
- strong AWS architecture knowledge, including serverless, networking, storage, Auto Scaling and Load Balancing
- solid SQL experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MySQL
- practical React and modern JavaScript experience; TypeScript and Redux or Context API are an advantage
- architecture experience with microservices, API-first and event-driven or messaging patterns
- ability to document high-level and low-level designs and non-functional requirements
- DevOps fundamentals including CI/CD, deployment automation, Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub
- technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- fluent English and willingness to work from the Dublin office three days per week
