Test Manager (44136)

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to plan, manage and oversee testing across a complex delivery. You will own test planning, execution tracking, reporting, defect management and stakeholder coordination while ensuring that testing covers the relevant business requirements and risks. Banking experience is a strong advantage.

- prepare and maintain the test plan after each test cycle
- manage and monitor test execution and report results to stakeholders
- coordinate testers, developers and business representatives
- run the defect-management process and ensure effective follow-up
- identify testing objectives, risks and dependencies
- analyse requirement coverage by test cases and maintain high testing quality

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager
- ability to create and maintain a test plan independently
- hands-on experience with a test-management tool
- experience managing execution, monitoring progress and reporting
- knowledge of defect-management workflows
- structured work, strong planning, documentation and communication skills
- Hungarian at C1 level and English at B2 level

💡 Nice to have
- banking or financial-services background
- experience with automation testing
- knowledge of CI/CD environments
