Windows Administrator (40952)

I'm looking for an experienced Windows Administrator to take charge of managing and improving our hybrid infrastructure combining on-premise and cloud environments. You’ll be responsible for maintaining server stability, managing AD and DNS, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring regular patching cycles. I expect solid experience with Windows Server administration, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent German. A relevant certification such as CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Admin Associate is a great plus.

🚀 Project
- planning, implementation, and administration of Windows and Linux server environments within a hybrid infrastructure (cloud/on-premise)
- participation in (sub-)projects and continuous improvement of existing systems
- ensuring stable and smooth server operation
- troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing server performance
- planning and execution of maintenance windows
- ensuring a regular patch cycle across all Windows and Linux servers

🎯 Skills
- completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college, university) and several years of relevant professional experience
- strong knowledge of Windows operating system administration (10, 11, 2019, 2022, 2025)
- experience with core Windows Server roles – Active Directory / Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS, RDS
- ability to analyze and troubleshoot OS and server-related issues
- basic understanding of network environments and protocols
- fluent German for daily communication
- at least one of the following certifications: CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Admin Associate, LPIC-1/2/3, RHCSA, AWS Certified SysOps Admin, Microsoft Certified: Azure Admin Associate
