IT Support Specialist (42845)
Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist looking for your next role? You will be responsible for user support, account management and resolving helpdesk tickets in a dynamic IT environment. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows, M365 and IT infrastructure, as well as ITIL certification. Strong communication skills in English and experience supporting end users are essential.

🎯 Skills
- valid ITIL certification (minimum Foundation level)
- minimum 3 years of experience in IT as IT Technician or Support Engineer
- minimum 2 years of experience as IT Helpdesk Technician
- experience with Windows 11 or higher desktop environment
- experience with Office M365
- experience with software deployment and imaging deployment
- experience with antivirus programs and support
- troubleshooting of printers and other peripherals
- basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
- basic knowledge of structural cabling infrastructure
- experience working in environments with more than 50 users
- good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
