Platform Engineer (43771)

I am looking for a Platform Engineer to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform. You will handle user and role management, support upgrades and deployments, and resolve technical issues including performance optimization. The role includes collaboration on CMDB, Discovery, and integrations, as well as advising teams on best practices and supporting junior colleagues. Strong ServiceNow experience and knowledge of key modules such as ITSM or CMDB are required.

🚀 Project
- operation and administration of the ServiceNow platform
- management of users, roles, and permissions
- support for upgrades, releases, clones, and deployments
- analysis and resolution of technical issues and performance optimization
- collaboration on CMDB, Discovery, and integrations
- advising developers and stakeholders on platform standards and best practices
- technical support and onboarding of a junior platform administrator

🎯 Skills
- several years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or platform administrator
- solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- experience in at least three areas: ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, integrations, App Engine / platform administration
- experience with user and role management, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- experience supporting or guiding junior team members
