I'm seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help team build and maintain production-ready agent workflows. In this role, you will ensure high-quality code standards, implement strong testing practices, and collaborate across platform and delivery teams. You’ll work extensively with Python, leveraging frameworks like FastAPI alongside tools such as Pandas and NumPy. You should be confident working with large datasets and modern development practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and version control. Knowledge of LangChain or similar frameworks is highly valued.

🎯 Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- strong software engineering expertise in Python, with a focus on FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy
- experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- proficiency in Prompt Engineering
- knowledge of vector databases and embedding models
- experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- hands-on experience with cloud services
- ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation
- experience with version control, small and regular commits, unit tests, CI/CD, packaging, and Docker
- strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

💡 Nice to have
- experience with FastMCP
- familiarity with other cloud platforms and their AI services
- understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing
- knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
