Join a team building production-grade AI applications inside an internal AI incubator focused on real business impact. As an AI Engineer, You will design and deliver agentic AI workflows, build backend and data logic, and create web interfaces that bring AI capabilities into practical use. The role combines full-stack engineering with modern AI tooling, requiring hands-on experience across backend, frontend, cloud deployment, and AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI. You will work autonomously in an agile environment and collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders.

🎯 Skills
- hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework — LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry, Google AgentSpace, or equivalent
- day-to-day use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, or similar inside VS Code
- data engineering fundamentals including storing, querying, transforming, and moving data across systems in production
- backend engineering experience with Python, FastAPI, or comparable server-side stack including APIs and deployment
- frontend experience with React, Next.js, Angular, or similar
- ability to ship a working web application
- solid SDLC discipline including sprints, Git workflows, code review, testing, and structured delivery in a team environment
- cloud deployment familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- clear communication with product and business stakeholders
- ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured delivery
- high level of autonomy inside an agile team
- interest in emerging AI tooling and experimentation

💡 Nice to have
- Claude Code Architect Certification
- RAG pipeline implementation experience including chatbots, document retrieval, and semantic search
- experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment
- visible personal AI projects, open source contributions, or public experimentation
- familiarity with agent evaluation, observability, and performance instrumentation
