- gathering and analyzing requirements from DSCS users and understanding use cases
- collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into functional specifications
- conducting deep data analysis from systems such as LIMS, lab instruments, Signals, and plate readers
- supporting domain-specific workflows like in-silico modeling, drug substance prediction, product stability, and assay monitoring
- reviewing and interpreting data from pilot plant systems, including PI, Delta-V, SIPAT, and MES
- documenting analytical methods, processes, and insights in a clear and reproducible way
- presenting findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders to inform product decisions and process improvements
- ensuring compliance of analysis and reporting practices with regulatory and industry standards
- partnering with cross-functional teams to support DSCS-related product and process development
🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a product analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- strong understanding of development sciences and clinical supply processes
- proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python
- experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- proficiency in cloud technologies, for example AWS
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- experience with project management methodologies and tools
