Business Analyst (44023)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for the modernization and cloud migration of a data warehouse in a telecommunications environment. You will connect business and IT, structure requirements, support DWH and reporting analysis, data migration, UAT and stakeholder workshops and use modern AI tools in daily analytical work.

🚀 Project
- structure business and IT requirements for DWH and reporting
- create user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- support cloud DWH migration, data mappings, KPIs and transformation logic
- facilitate workshops and coordinate business and technical stakeholders
- support UAT, migration controls, business validation and report testing
- use AI tools for analysis, documentation and decision support

🎯 Skills
- four to six years as a Business Analyst
- telecommunications business or IT experience
- BI, DWH, reporting or data-platform project experience
- requirements analysis, data models, KPIs and migration concepts
- Jira or Confluence and strong stakeholder communication
- English and Hungarian at B2 level

💡 Nice to have
- GCP, AWS, Azure or Snowflake
- cloud DWH migration, data governance or data quality
- CRM, billing, order or customer-management domains
