Procurement Solutions Manager (42504)

I'm looking for a skilled Procurement Solutions Manager to design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring successful project delivery, and managing project documentation and timelines. With the help of tools like Power BI, PowerApps, and Microsoft 365, you’ll contribute to the digitalization of our procurement processes. Experience with RFX processes, contract negotiations, and procurement management is a plus. 

🚀 Project
- designing, building, and maintaining dashboards (Power BI) and automated reporting solutions, along with data visibility solutions for the team
- supporting planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional procurement projects, acting as the central coordinator for cross-functional initiatives
- maintaining PMO governance, project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder updates
- enabling digital transformation in Procurement through tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Microsoft 365
- consolidating, validating, and structuring data from SharePoint, Ariba, and internal tools
- maintaining and optimizing SharePoint sites, including lists, libraries, and data structure

🎯 Skills
- understanding of RFX (procurement) processes, negotiations, and contract management
- experience in project management, business operations, analytics, or project coordination
- strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, automation)
- excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
- good understanding of SharePoint (lists, document libraries, metadata)

💡 Nice to have

- good familiarity with SAP Ariba Sourcing
- experience with Power Automate or Power Apps
