Enjoy turning complex processes into a clear operating model? A large telecommunications company in Budapest is expanding its team with a Business Analyst who will analyse and design processes for the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment, from concept development and requirements specification to implementation support in an environment of custom-developed legacy systems. Required are 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or management consulting, together with BPMN, UML and Hungarian at C2 level.

🚀 Project
- analysis and design of processes for the SMB segment
- Q4 2026: groundwork, concept development and, in some cases, requirements specification
- 2027: detailed development of the concepts and support for their implementation
- environment with a large number of custom-developed legacy systems and a few platform systems
- hybrid with 40 % home office in Budapest, engagement of approx. 9–12 months, start ASAP, first day on-site at the client’s headquarters

🎯 Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or management consulting
- at least 2–3 years of it in a large-enterprise or consulting environment
- BPMN process modelling and UML
- agile frameworks and project management methodologies where applicable
- experience with custom-developed and legacy systems
- Hungarian C2
- English B2

💡 Nice to have
- experience in telecommunications, banking, energy or another complex infrastructure sector
- experience with delivery and business-segment separation
- familiarity with the environment of a large telecom operator
