🚀 Project
- designing and developing advanced tagging and sentiment models using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning techniques to analyze unstructured customer feedback
- integrating Google Gemini with Power BI through API development and prompt engineering to enable conversational data exploration and enhance insight discovery
- ensuring data is properly preprocessed, cleaned, and structured for modeling and analysis, maintaining high data quality and integrity
- translating complex business needs and pain points into scalable, reusable AI/ML solutions that drive measurable impact
- collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver robust and impactful data products
- continuously researching and evaluating new technologies, methodologies, and LLM advancements to enhance our VoC capabilities
- developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for models, data pipelines, and integration processes
- mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

🎯 Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text mining
- proven experience in ML model development, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
- proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model development
- demonstrated experience with Power BI data modeling and integration, including creating dashboards and reports
- familiarity with REST APIs and prompt engineering for integrating and interacting with large language models
- strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

💡 Nice to have
- experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly Google Gemini
- prior experience working with Voice of Customer (VoC) or other customer feedback data
- familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions
