UX Designer (41704)

As a UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape clear UX goals. You will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma for complex healthcare workflows. You will conduct user research and usability testing and continuously improve the designs based on feedback. You will maintain design documentation, style guides, and UI libraries and ensure accurate implementation with the development team. - proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong Figma portfolio
- expertise in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility
- experience with user research and usability testing
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

💡 Nice to have
- familiarity with healthcare and life sciences regulations
- experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
