I am looking for an HR Operations Specialist who will handle and coordinate P&O Services processes for a dedicated client group. You will maintain data in Workday and SAP HR while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and local labor laws. Your role includes managing employee inquiries across Hire-to-retire processes and collaborating with local HR teams to resolve discrepancies. 🎯 Skills
- proven experience in service delivery, preferably HR
- experience with payroll systems or HRIS (SAP, ADP, Workday)
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools
- Czech/Slovak and English at professional level
