Seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist for an innovative project. Join a dynamic team providing core product support, disaster recovery assistance, privileged user onboarding, and daily operations. Responsibilities include infrastructure monitoring, change planning, service requests, incident management, policy configuration, and account onboarding/vaulting. What do you need for this position? IT Support experience or Defender/Sentry Certification (or at least Defender), strong analytical skills, team player, knowledge of privileged access management and related infrastructure functions. C1 level of English is a must. Exciting challenges await in a motivating environment. Looking forward to our collaboration.

🚀 Projekt
- assist with core product support across all environments (development, test and production)
- provide support for disaster recovery and for privileged user on-boarding processes
- provide support for Daily Operations, infrastructure monitoring, change planning, service requests and incident management activities
- assist with the configuration of policy management
- assist with onboarding and vaulting of accounts 

🎯 Skills
- Defender and Sentry Certification, or at least Defender / 3+ years of experience on IT Support position
