Cyber Security Lead (40470)

I'm seeking a skilled Cyber Security Lead. In this high-impact role, you’ll coordinate major incidents, lead forensic investigations, and collaborate across SOC, threat intel, and detection engineering teams. You’ll design escalation protocols and drive post-incident learning. Your deep technical skills—EnCase, Sleuthkit, IDA Pro, scripting—backed by leadership experience in forensics or incident response, make you the ideal fit. Bonus if you're certified (GCIH, GCFA, CISSP). Help the team stay ahead of evolving threats, globally.

🚀 Project
- leading and coordinating the global response to cybersecurity incidents, acting as the primary incident commander during high-severity events
- developing and maintaining incident response playbooks, escalation procedures, and communication protocols
- collaborating with SOC analysts, threat hunters, and detection engineers to enhance detection and response capabilities
- conducting root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, ensuring lessons learned are documented and integrated into future response strategies
- driving forensic investigations by collecting, preserving, and analyzing digital evidence in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
- conducting forensic analysis of systems, logs, and malware to determine attack vectors, impact, and attribution

🎯 Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Security Operations, including at least 2 years in a dedicated forensics or incident response leadership role
- deep understanding of network protocols, security technologies, and threat intelligence concepts
- proficiency in forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK, Sleuthkit), malware analysis tools (e.g., IDA Pro, Oily Debug), and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, KQL)

💡 Nice to have
- experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
- GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
