🚀 Project
- collaborate with ITOM teams to align facility operations with IT infrastructure
- implement and manage smart building technologies including IoT and predictive maintenance
- ensure compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards
- coordinate with vendors and service providers for outsourced FM operations
- support documentation, reporting, and performance tracking of facility management activities
- provide guidance on space utilization, asset lifecycle, and operational enhancements

🎯 Skills
- proven experience in facility management within IT or tech-driven environments
- familiarity with ITOM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow ITOM, BMC)
- knowledge of smart building technologies, IoT, and energy management systems
- strong understanding of European FM regulations and sustainability best practices
- excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

💡 Nice to have
- certifications in facility management (e.g. IFMA, RICS, or equivalent)
- experience working in remote or hybrid work environments
