OpenShift Engineer (43858)

We are looking for an OpenShift Engineer for an enterprise container platform based on Red Hat OpenShift. The role covers architecture, automation, security and operation of the platform across on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments. Required are strong hands-on production experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, GitOps / IaC, CI/CD and Linux administration.

🚀 Project
- design, build, automate, secure and operate an enterprise Red Hat OpenShift platform
- technical ownership of OpenShift clusters, platform structure, infrastructure automation and deployments
- CI/CD and GitOps setup and operation with technologies such as ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins or GitLab CI
- platform observability and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana and related tooling
- architectural work across networking, storage, security and scaling, including Istio, OVN-Kubernetes and OpenShift Data Foundation
- knowledge transfer and mentoring for internal Platform / DevOps engineers

🎯 Skills
- real hands-on production experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- strong Kubernetes knowledge across workloads, networking, storage and RBAC
- GitOps / IaC, ideally ArgoCD with Terraform and/or Ansible
- CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar
- Linux administration and Bash / scripting
- monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry or similar
- ability to work independently and take technical ownership
- Swedish C1 and English C1

- Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE or OpenShift Administration
- Istio / Service Mesh, OVN-Kubernetes, OpenShift Data Foundation and Advanced Cluster Management
- Java/backend development
- public-sector or security-classified environments
