Node.js Developer (40876)
I'm looking for a seasoned Node.js Developer to help design and build distributed, cloud-native services using NestJS and MongoDB. You'll deliver high-performing REST and GraphQL APIs, integrate Azure services like Service Bus and Event Hub, and ensure systems are resilient and observable. Your role goes beyond coding, you'll shape technical solutions, leverage GenAI across the SDLC, and mentor engineers by example. If you thrive in agile, collaborative environments and understand the real value of clean architecture and automation, I want to hear from you.
🚀 Project
- design and implementation of distributed back-end services using Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB in a microservices architecture
- delivery of secure, production-ready REST and GraphQL APIs aligned with SLAs for performance and availability
- utilization of Azure services (Service Bus, Event Hub, Functions) for building resilient cloud systems
- participation in planning and refinement sessions to understand business context and shape technical solutions
- application of GenAI tools across the SDLC for documentation, testing, code generation, and analysis
- development of automated tests with strong coverage using modern testing libraries
- implementation of instrumentation and monitoring (e.g., via DataDog) and support readiness
- collaboration with front-end, QA, and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality
- contribution to pull requests and design reviews, mentoring junior engineers through best practices
🎯 Skills
- 7+ years of back-end development experience
- expertise in scalable distributed systems with microservices and event-driven architecture
- advanced knowledge of Node.js and back-end integration patterns
- experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning
- proficiency in RESTful APIs and GraphQL, including performance and security aspects
- practical experience with Azure cloud services (Service Bus, Event Hub)
- hands-on use of GenAI tools integrated into the SDLC
- strong grasp of NFRs such as performance, reliability, and observability
- experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and trunk-based development in monorepos (e.g., Nx)
- ability to actively participate in agile ceremonies and technical planning
