Flexcube Application Specialist (44055)

We are looking for a Flexcube Application Specialist to join a leading bank on the Hungarian market and take care of the stability of its core banking system. The role covers ownership of daily and month-end closings (EOD/EOM), batch monitoring, troubleshooting and reconciliations, as well as performance optimization and testing of new releases. Required is at least 5 years of experience in banking IT, hands-on knowledge of Flexcube or another core banking system and advanced Oracle database skills.

🚀 Project
- ownership of EOD/EOM processes (daily and month-end closings)
- monitoring of batch runs, often at night or as part of on-call duty
- troubleshooting failed batches via logs and SQL queries, fixing data or configuration and re-running the jobs
- making sure the closing finishes so the bank can open the next business day
- post-run checks and reconciliations, e.g. accounting consistency and completeness of exports
- performance optimization so the closing fits into its time window
- testing the impact of changes and new versions on EOD/EOM

🎯 Skills
- at least 5 years of experience as an application administrator / specialist in banking IT
- knowledge of the Flexcube core banking system, or experience with another core banking / account management system
- advanced knowledge of Oracle databases
- active English, spoken and written (B2)
- Hungarian B2
