As a PMO Lead, you will oversee strategic cross-functional programs across R&D, IT, and Operations. Your role covers the entire project lifecycle from planning to reporting. I’m looking for senior leadership experience in pharma and fluency with tools like Clarity or MS Project. If you know the environment of pharma companies, that’s a plus. - leading PMO function for strategic cross-functional initiatives across R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, IT, and Operations
- managing full program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- ensuring strategic execution, governance, and operational excellence

🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of project/program management experience
- 5+ years in a senior PMO leadership role in pharma or life sciences
- hands-on experience with PPM tools (e.g. Clarity, MS Project Online, PowerPoint)
- ENG C1

💡 Nice to have
- experience in global transformation, post-merger integration, or divestitures
- working knowledge of enterprise tools like SAP or Oracle
