Program Manager (41987)

I’m looking for an experienced Program Manager to help orchestrate a global digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will coordinate multiple projects within a transformation portfolio, maintain the program roadmap, and support strategic execution alongside senior leadership. You’ll ensure clear communication, manage dependencies and risks, and drive collaboration between business and IT teams across international environments. 🚀 Project
- establishing and structuring the overall transformation program, including program framework and governance model
- coordinating and aligning multiple projects within the transformation portfolio
- working closely with the Global Head of Digital Transformation to support program execution and strategic alignment
- facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- ensuring clear communication, transparency, and alignment across all program participants
- defining and maintaining program priorities and roadmap in line with business objectives
- monitoring progress across projects and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
- identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and potential blockers across the program
- supporting decision-making processes through structured reporting and status updates
- driving effective program orchestration to ensure successful delivery of the transformation initiative

🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
- proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
- strong experience in cross-functional program coordination
- experience working with multiple parallel projects within one transformation program
- excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
- ability to work closely with C-level or senior global leadership
- strong experience with program governance, roadmap planning, and delivery oversight
- experience coordinating business and IT stakeholders
- excellent communication and facilitation skills
- fluent English

- experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- experience with Supply Chain transformation
- experience with ERP implementations or transformations (SAP, D365, Oracle, etc.)
- understanding of AI-driven initiatives or digital innovation programs
- experience working in global enterprise environments
- certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or Agile frameworks
- experience working with distributed international teams
